You can download the file by clicking onto.
Double-click on the file. It should unzip if you have Winzip or PKzip or similar installed on your computer. When unzipped you should have a PDF file that you can open using Acrobat Reader either for viewing on your monitor or for printing out in colour.
You need to install Acrobat Reader.
To obtain a free copy of Acrobat Reader.You need to install an unzipping utility.
